Are the stickers waterproof?

All stickers listed are waterproof and UV protected! Nothing is immune to the sun but with proper application and under normal weather fluctuations they will last for years.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Please email us ASAP with your order number and correct address. We can update your address if your order has not shipped. If it has shipped, the shipping fee cannot be refunded. If the order gets sent back to us, we can reship your order to an updated address but shipping charges will incur.

I didn’t receive order confirmation email?

It likely landed in the spam or the email used during checkout was incorrect! Please email for assistance.

 

When will you restock *insert product name*?

Restock dates depend on numerous factors such as when the item sells out, how long production turnover is, etc! Please sign up for email notifications for restocks on the product page and stay tuned on my social media (TikTok, Instagram) for updates :) Unless it states it is a limited edition item, it will most likely make a comeback!

 

Will you bring back certain sticker finishes?

Certain finishes for stickers are not guaranteed to be restocked since I often change things up and release different finishes for restocks. If you see something you like definitely grab it while you can!

 

Do you take commissions?

I do not! 
Suggestions are always welcome but if I hire an artist to join me in the future I may open commissions. 

 

When will my order ship? 

Please refer to the shipping page for detailed information, as well as your confirmation email! 

My order says it is delivered but I did not receive it, what do I do?

Contact your local USPS ASAP during their normal business hours (the local office that handles your area’s deliveries, not the hotline!) with your tracking number! They may be able to investigate the issue for you and ask your carrier if they recall misdelivering your mail and retrieve it, or your neighbor might return it to you. You can also open a case on the USPS website for your misdelivered mail. Chotto Minute is not responsible for any lost mail but if USPS is unable to help you, please email chottominute@gmail.com with your order number. Full replacements are not guaranteed if order is marked as delivered, and/or stock is limited. 

I received the wrong item, or my item arrived damaged/is defective, what do I do?

Email me with your order number and a photo of the product and I will take care of you! A replacement will be sent to you if stock is available and a refund will be issued if it is not. 

Do you accept returns? 


No returns are accepted since all sales are final, please make sure to select the correct item/size prior to checking out! If the order has not been shipped yet, send an email with your order number and it can either be changed or cancelled.
